I won’t be ordering from here again. I usually place my orders online without issues, but on two occasions I had to call, and both experiences were very disappointing. The woman on the phone was rude, didn’t listen properly, and was difficult to understand.
On my last order, I specifically asked for a spice bag, but instead received a box of rice. When I called to resolve it, I was repeatedly told that I hadn’t ordered the spice bag, which was frustrating and felt dismissive.
It’s a shame because the food itself is actually very good. However, having worked in hospitality for years, I know how important customer service is. Based on these experiences, I won’t be ordering again.
The food from this take away is so sugary sweet, that it could be considered a dessert. Peking sauce and chilli&honey both at a level of sweetness that we didn't want to eat more than 1 bite.
The fried rice is good.
Overall, I cannot recommend this place.
